One Button Rogue macro ?? Help Please

What macro does [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Use ?? Its the "One Button Rogue" hehe wondered to know xD looks pretty awsome.. :P

Ive gotten the macro, its a /cast sequence..
I managed to get a fraps shot inside Photoshop and make the text more clear..
(but ive formatted my pc and lost all my stuff.. including wow)

He probably has binded it to keys like H J K L O I U Y T V G
