This is a really sick story, apparently the "Majestic Studio" copied content from over 10 different games from different genres and used the content to produce their own point-and-click adventure game called "Limbo of the Lost".
Amongst the games whose content was stolen is World of Warcraft, The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Wolfenstein Return to Enemy Castle and many others.
The north american publisher Synergy reportedly stopped shipping/selling the game as soon as they realized what was going on.
Note that this game was actually rated B on a scale from A-F (A beeing the best) on "Just Adventure" prior to them discovering what was going on.
