1. Enter Trial of the Crusader.
2. Open your map.
3. Use the arrows next to the drop down list to go to area 2.
4. Go back to area 1 using the arrows next to the dropdown list.
5. Get the Onyxia... Ok this was something that Im not 100% about but i dont beileve its a repeatable quest so here it is pretty plain and simple

1. Get the Onyxia head from your primary faction
2. Use it go get your item
3. Now the you have used it once you can no longer use it again inless...
4. You buy a faction change so ( Oppisite Faction )
5. Now do Onyxia's Lair till you get it again then either stay back your oppisite faction or pay another 25$ to switch back if you switch back u can get 3 of the Onyxia's Head


P.S. its a great way to get 2 tank items and 2 healing items and 1 dps if u want it /shrug your choice but thats how i got my 2 onyxia heads! The quests reset when you do the switch
