I don't understand the execution of [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] . Where to execute this thing? To me it is just alot of numbers and letters. Thanks =)

I have problem getting the world.sql from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] , Please, can you add the file here? When I open the world.sql on my internet browser to copy it, I get "Not Responding". Please.

Don't double post, I saw your question and I didn't reply yet since I havn't had a chance to prepare a solution for you yet I've been very busy.

Here is just the world SQL of the 3.2.2 server: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

A tip: The reason it was saying it was not responding is it's such a big file it takes forever to open it. Using SQLyog, or navicat if you don't mind the fact it will take a long time, your supposed to execute from sql dump / from batch file and target the world.sql -> this will do it through a user friendly interface rather than trying to do it manually.

This is amazing, definitely the greatest piece of work I've ever seen.

On a noobs standpoint, how might I change the rates?
I've noticed that there are no rate comments in the configs, can I just use a config from another server assuming its configured properly for the SQLs and such?

It uses the default ArcEmu configs apart from I removed all the comments from the optional config to stop an error that occours saying a undetermined block.
So if you wanted to change the rates, go into the world.config, scroll down to the rates and theres ones such as questxp, normalxp, rested xp etc. If you want to change the starting level / level cap etc thats in the optional config and you will need to work out what each bit is from the original configs. I have everything downloaded and extracted ( I would assume ).
Everytime I try to start up MySQL In the Hyperion Folder, it says:

Starting "mysql"...
"mysql" is not started.
Press any key to continue . . .

How can I fix this?
I try using the uninstall and reinstall services in the folder, didn't seem to work.

EDIT:
I fixed it.
I should have read more carefully.
You really do have to extract to C:\, or it will mess up.
:P

I modded the worldmap_info changing Ulduar from a raid into a part of the world map. Basically by setting type to 0 and flags to 0.
