Hello MMOWNED members, I'll tell you all how to make quest items. It's the easiest thing to do, but people still ask me "how do you make quest items"
Well first you need to know how to make an item, I usually just use Ascent Database Editor. It's extremely easy, just follow the boxes and fill in the details. You don't need to fill in stats, since it's a quest item. Unless you want to make a quest that you need to retrieve his weapon or something. If you're still struggling on how to make an item, look for a guide on MMOWNED or if you can't find one I'll make a guide. Also you might want to put in it's quote "Quest Item" so people know it's a quest item.
Then if you have made you're quest go to linker part, and edit the quest go to required item and put the entry ID Of the quest item you've just made, the example I gave was 10. If you haven't made a quest I suggest looking for a guide on that also on MMOWNED if you can't find one of them I'll make a guide for that to.
If you don't have ascent, or ADE and you want to do this in Navicat / or other Mysql programs just make an item. Very easy, you can skip most of them since your quest item dosen't really need stats. Make the entry ID again, Example 10. You can also just find a weapon, and put it's ID in the quests "Requireditem1"
Once you've made it go into quests table and find "Requireditem1" And put the ID for the item you've made, my example was 10.
Then log into the game, restart the server or do this .reload items, .reload creature_names, .reload creature_proto, .reload quests.
