 How to: Create objects
Hey i made this guide for creating a object for ascent. I just lost the rights to Search, so i can only hope it havnt been posted before ;P
Entry: Anything that havnt been taken.
Type:
7=Chair/Bench
8=Fires
19=Mailbox
22=Clickable objects that gives you a buff or an item as 'Lightwell' 'Soulwell' and 'Portals' even createde my own object: 'Manawell'
6=Traps
5=Things that you cant click or use for spells
3=Things you can open like Chests and lockboxes
1=Same as 5 i think
0=Doors and Cages
DisplayID: How you want your object to like 2128 for mailbox remember this is DisplayID so dont use entryIDs
Spellfocus: The Buff you (or your target(havnt tested yet)) gets like if u want it to be a portal use the spellID for the portal
Sound1-unknown14: I dont really know what this is, just the same ID as the other objects of the type
Use .go sp <ID> 1 to make your object stay forever or use .go sp <ID> to make it stay until next server crash/restart |
