I got one of those application failed to initialize things :/
Anything that this program needs to run (.NetFrameWork, Java...Etc)

Anyways... Update
Added version for Rev 1439+ Edit: There wasn't really a need for this update, they just didn't have skillchance in the file. The first version 1351-1438 can be used again until 1455, Removed
