hey if i turn my windows firewall on does that mean people can't make account from my acc page and can't connect to my server - im so worried I just made mt server public - also if I shut down the sonsole can the hacker still take over my comp - and will they inly take over my comp or can tehy kill my comp

sorry for all this also do I keep the firewall up or do I implement it at the frist sign of hackers

After Hackers attack you so when your holding your ground you wont be liable for attack for a while

if your using ac-web (like i am) you need to change the Antrix conf files to fit your new mysql user name and pass, and for the website.. I am still looking into what you edit there

The illegalness of private servers is debatable, yes they say its illegal for PRIVATE SERVERS, but if its public they dont say anything about that. but they wont catch you

Hello I'm a second in command Admin of a new server called GrimWoW and we have just gotten a second attack by Illidari, he is summoning Boses in emerald dream through the DB what should Grim and I do?

illidari is a super hacker and pisses me right off. Shut down the server for 7-10 days, that should make him bored. maybe install a firewall, (read my main post) but illidari has power to delete your whole DB so act fast
