[Method 1]
Take your lichking-speech-enUS.MPQ, speech-enUS.MPQ, and expansion-speech-enUS.MPQ - which are located in en??, then create a new folder(any name) and put it in there - DO NOT DELETE -, Run the Program "Repair", Then UnCheck all the boxes,
After that you click Check Files Only let it run then it would say something like "To Big Of An Error will Downgrade to a lower version" or something. When you done with the Repair, put the files - lichking-speech-enUS.MPQ - expansion-speech-enUS.MPQ and speech-enUS.MPQ. Then patch up to 3.0.9(it will be very quick)
[Method 2]
Delete your patch.mpq(located in your Data folder) "Click Repair" Check Files only (Uncheck all boxes). When your done you can just patch up to Patch 3.0.9

Suck tho cuz i got a premade against Laughing Skull and i have to miss it

Reputation: 1 | | | It should work for 3.1.2, since the repair program will most likely downgrade because major files are missing no matter the patch. I'm 99% sure. |
