Hello Guys. I Know Alot of People Wants an ArcEmu 3.1.X
Hearthstone Is Almost Like ArcEmu.
It's Got The Same Commands.
This Guide Will Help You Set Up Your 3.1.X Supported Server.
Follow The Steps Below ^^

_____*Downloading a Repack*_____

First You Will Need To Download The Hearthstone 3.0.X Repack.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Remember To Install "Net Framework 3.5"
You Can Google It.

You Will Also Need WinRAR.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

You Will Need To Register To Download.
Now Start Installing The Repack With The Next Step Below.

_____*Installing Hearthstone*_____

First Follow The Download a Repack Step. Now Find The Folder You Saved It To. Open The RAR File.
Find The Destination You Want It To Save Files And Extract It.
Open The Folder Where You Saved It.
Go Into The Folder TOOLS.
Here You Will Find The Map Extractor "ad.exe".
Copy This File To Your World of Warcraft Folder And Double Click It.
It Will Start Extracting And You Will Se a Folder Appearing Named "maps".
The Extract Will Take Some Time So Be Patient.
Now When It's Done Copy The "maps" Folder To The Hearthstone Folder.
You Can Now Safely Delete "maps" Only From The World of Warcraft Folder.
Now Inside ArcEmu You Can Start The MySQL With the "start database.bat"
Open "hearthstone-logonserer" and "hearthstone-world" To Start The Server.
remember to: set relmalist 127.0.0.1

_____*Starting Server And Configuring*_____

*Start Server*

To Start The Server Simply Start The MySQL And Open world and logonserver.
set realmlist 127.0.0.1

Now To Edit The Server's Rates, Realm Name And Making Public etc....

Heartstone Configuration

- Public Server
- Change Server Rates
- More Edit's

*Public*

Open Up The Hearthstone-world.conf in Notepad. (Remember to have created a Hostname from before)
Where it Says IP change to Hostname
Where it says External-IP change to your External IP.

To Create Free Hostname - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
To Find External IP - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Start Finding The Certain Text In The Code Boxes Below:

Change Them To Hostname or IP:

Now Open Hearthstone-realms.conf and look for

        Icon = "PVP"

Change them to:

Open Hearthstone-logonserver.conf and find:

Change Them To:

        ServerPort = "8093">

             AllowedModIPs = "IP/24"
             UseEncryptedPasswords="0">

Now You Need To Port Forward. Find The Guide At
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

After Porting Go To
C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

Find the hosts.file
Make sure it is a .file!
Copy it to desktop and open the copy in notepad.
at the bottom write in this:

Code:

127.0.0.1 HOSTNAME
Internal-IP HOSTNAME
External-IP HOSTNAME

To Find The External-IP go to
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and copy the big numbers at the top of the page.
Find Internal-IP in cmd.exe
Start Your Server And Let People Log in With Their accounts via:
set realmlist HOSTNAME
while you use:
set realmlist 127.0.0.1

*Change Server Rates*

Ok To Change The Server Rates Open Hearthstone-world.conf and find this part:

To Change Realm Name Open Hearthstone And Search For The:

To Change The Destination of the realm like English US or English GB or Deutch, Russian etc....

ok so, i have encountered a problem

once i get to starting "hearthstone-world" it opens then runs for a few seconds and closes after havinga very fast popup about spell or something (it is very fast and hard to read) please halp =D

I can definitely appreciate what the author of this thread is trying to do. As an owner who has been using Arc for so long with countless core edits and script additions/changes to our setup, though, switching to Hearthstone is the last thing I want to do.

There has been a lot of talk, flamings, and insults in Arc's direction in regards to what is going on. It is indeed annoying that you can't get a straight answer from Hasbro about anything, and it is also annoying that he runs a server boasted as "ArcEmu's official server" when it uses a private core that has nothing to do with ArcEmu.

Still, something tells me Arc will come through as always, and for now most of us Arc owners who aren't experienced enough in C++ to code their own 3.1 patch just need to be patient.

Please, though, don't advertise Hearthstone as ArcEmu... they may be similar, but if you say "HEY HERE'S HOW TO MAKE ARCEMU 3.1" and then your idea is really just to have them switch to HS, you might tick some people off. XD

I get this when opening "hearthstone-world.exe": "It's not possible to find the procedurestartadress ?_Xeak@tr1@std@@YAXZZ in the DLL MSVCP90.dll." (Roughly translated from Swedish).

Any idea what could be wrong?

nice but the fact is..its much better to not use repacks

and to face the facts.. Hearthstone has entirely different scripting and doesn't tend to be very script supportable; i am compiling a complete guide for arcemu tho XD
