Good guide man. Just curious if the heroics in this repack have scripted encounters in them?

I'm putting together a LAN party for a few friends of mine and we were hoping to do the heroics that WOTLK has to offer just for the hell of it.

Also, will I be able to edit the databases and add accounts?

dude, after step 4 of the first instructions, i clicked finish and the window goes away and no other window pops up. I went to the start menu and found mysql and tried both things but nothing is familiar to step 5. plz help!!!!!!!!!

Also another problem I have is the game crashes when I open up the character screen. Not the one to choose which character to log on to the one in game that shows your armor.

I suggest you include a megaupload and rapidshare link, mediafire one isn't working for me right now. (Site isn't responding when I click download)

Edit:
Works now. If it doesnt work at you, try starting it up: logonserver -> world -> Mysql. instead of mysql first.

When I try to log in now it gets a cannot connect error now
Edit: the tutorial was slightly unclear(not too badly), fixed it.

the .com on the replacement must come off as well and BOTH must be replaced. My bad
