How do I switch all the info, so that I run a database even though I have two databases in the Sqlyog. I want to run an other one, and for example I named it 'WoWserver2' and I executed the batch file.. What do I do now to get the database running, and not the original one I had. 'WoW1'. |

I have Verizon fios..and when i type im the 192.168.1.1 is comes up, i type in my username and password.. but i dont know where to go from there. Please help, let me know if u want pictures. |

Allo i saw and read all the posts so far, so i so i hope this doesn't sound repedative. anyways i got it all down, up to the navicat part and even though it is completely optional i'm doing it because eventiually i planned on putting in some custom vendors and other stuff later on. i have the latest version of .net (3.5), i'm running on O/S XP(SP3) & i'm using MySQL 2005. the few questions i had were:
for the connection name, i guess i put in my realm name?
for the hostname/ip address i guess would be the server IP or my External ip, right?
and lastly the error i get is:
2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on '68.196.95.30' (10060) |

I got the server up and running and everything seems to be running smoothly. But now i would like to get it online. I tried DYNDNS and it didnt work. Now i tried hamachi and i got a little further. I can login fine but no realms appear. I get an authenification error as shown in the image above. Any help? ty |

this is for the people who want to run there realm on the internet and network.
Realm's
<LogonServer Address = "127.0.0.1"
Port = "8093"
Name = "Default Logon"
RealmCount = "3">
realmcount: this is how many realms you have you will need to change this if you are using 2 realms
realm lists
<Realm1 Name = "Internet conection"
Address = "bph.no-ip.biz:8129"
Icon = "PVP"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "1">
Name: you can change the internet name or lan name to anything just rember what it is because you can only conect to one.
Address: this is you internet adddress i use a webaddress because my internet address changes every time i reset my router but u can use number.
<Realm2 Name = "Lan conection"
Address = "192.168.1.xxx:8129"
Icon = "PVP"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "1">
Name: same as above
Address: this needs to be the address that the server is runing from
127.0.0.1 = loopback if you are hosting and playing on same pc
192.168.1.xxx = computer ip if you are not playing on the same pc will worl if you are anyways.

i think u know how to fill this 1 in its the same as the 2 above
u can have as many realm as you like just make sure you CHANGE the nealm cound or they wont show up on yout list and u wound be able to connect
just because there is more then 1 realm address it is all the same realm because all the port numbers are the same so you all play together
