I have a Windows Xp and when i run Navicat it pops up and error saying Acess denied can use root@localhost and when u make an account on navicat is that your account for server/
Make sure you put your connection info in correctly in Navicat.
Host: Localhost
Port: 3306
Username: root
Password: panex
And yes, the account you make in Navicat is for your server.

Kay to add a Database your going to click on the connection "MyWoWServer"(Or whatever you called it) in till it turns green. Then right click and select "Create New Database". Name it what ever you want.
Then double click on your new database in till it turns green, and right click on it. Batch the SQL file that you have from the other DB and there's your funserver DB.
What do you mean by "Realm Status"? Do you mean Realmlist?

Ok, I've just reformatted...Theres nothing buy Nod32 and Warcraft installed...I'm going to try agian. Soundead, can you confirm one last time what to edit to make it available to other PC's on my network?
I can get the server set up for localhost just fine. I can log on multiple accounts and do all that great. But the best I've managed to get on other PC's is them hang before the char selection screen.
I've followed your guide, and I must say that it's the best out there (imo)
I got the server to work and all that.
But Now I have a problem..
I'm trying to get it on Hamachi and all that stuff, so that my bro can play with me.
I changed and changed all of the conf as carefully as you said.
But when I log in, it doesnt show any realm? I've also tried just to change the arcemu-realms and leave the others as I got them, but it didnt work..
This is really frustrating :b Can you help?

Error in Navicat
Hi, i'm creating my server right now, and when i'm creating the connection, and i put the name, the host, port, user and pass, and i click on test connection, doesn't work and open a windows saying "2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on "localhost" (10061)", and a botton to press "OK"
If you know what to do, please answer me, i need to create the server.

Make sure that you open up your Panex control panel and click networking and then start MySQL.

Its very odd that its doing this. I'll look more into the problem and get back to you asap.
EDIT: Make sure that you don't have 64 bit windows as this could be a problem with that. And make sure your hard drive does not have any errors causing the programs to only load half. Run [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] on the hard disk drive to check for any potential errors.
