Reputation: 147 Level up: 51%, 444 Points needed |    | | | Press CTRL+ALT+DEL And click Task Manager. Navigate to services and look for MySQL. If its there stop the service.
Then in your Panex Control Panel make sure you click Networking and MySQL Start. Then try connecting. |

Reputation: 1 | | | Sweet, that would be helpful.. I want like the fun-servers ive seen with the kill territory and then spawners that take you to a special town with everything in it mounts, and all the vendors. I also want to have custom starting items in a bag.. but that guide will help me! |

.npc spawn (id) is to spawn the Npc's in-game.
Go into your world conf and edit the xp rates there. 85 should be good.
