Hello all.

I've noticed some people having their ISP's blocking the Port 80 and for an unknown reason.. Well, I got a solution for that part using WAMP or whatever kind of Web Server, I use WAMP. This prevents them from making the Website go online, so I made a guide to tell you how to change the Listen port which is 80 to 81.

Here is the what-to-do list:
1. Open up your WAMP folder which should be C:\WAMP
2. Go to the "bin" folder
3. then Apache -> Apache 2.2.8 -> Conf, so it should be like this "C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.2.8\conf"
4. There will be a file called httpd.conf or just http, open it up with Notepad.
5. Scroll down until you see like this#Listen 12.34.56.78:80
Listen 80
6. Change the Listen to 81.
7. Go back to "C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.2.8\conf"
8. Then go to the folder Original so "C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.2.8\conf\original"
9. Also there will be another Httpd.conf or Httpd file, open it up with Notepad and do the same with Steps 5 and 6.
10. Save them both, Port forward 81, I think you have to but not sure.
11. Restart WAMP and voila!
