Because you're the host, you won't have as good of a connection then anyone else. You just gotta keep fiddling around with it and keep trying. Eventually, you'll get it. Either that, or check your logonserver.exe. If it says 'DENIED IP', take that IP and place it at the bottom of your logonserver.conf where it says:

AllowedIPs="DENIED_IP/32"
AllowedModIPs="DENIED_IP/32"

Either of the two are proven to work.
