What an absolute mess of a guide, you need to seriously clean this up. I can't tell what you've gone back and edited, what you've changed. Why you're putting the dl to NCDB in a different post instead of the main guide, what all the additional DL's you posted are for, and what the purpose of not including an installation guide for NCDB was, The wiki entry made absolutely no sense at all. I was following just fine until you got lazy halfway through it.

Thanks for the effort, truly. But I'll look elsewhere for something that is a bit more cohesive and understandable.

The NCDB wiki is the install guilde. The NCDB DB is at the end of the 1st post for people who have problems useing the NCDB guilde. This an't a noob really guilde. This really an't a all in one were you just gotta press a few buttons,you gotta install some of it yourself.

FOR ALL OF U HAVING TROUBLE WITH NCDB, im gonna show you how to install it
first go to your desktop and make a new folder and call it NCDB
2nd right click it and click SVN checkout
at the URL thing at the top paste this link [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
click ok and go grab urself a pint
next go open ur NCDB folder, open Trunk and extract the Database.rar
after thats done right click ur installer and go to edit, change ur password to ur mysql password installing done +rep would be nice thx

Wait i'm getting an error when i try to install that says ERROR 1049 (42000): Unknown Database 'ncbd' then it stops importing.

yea i ran into a problem also im gonna download that guys other database and reinstal NCDB if i get anywere ill give u an update
ok i knew playen some slayer would help me out here :P make a new database in sqlyog, name it NCDB then import the database that was in your NCDB folder into ur sqlyog, any problems with direction just post

Copy <ncdb svn folder>/trunk/web installer/ to your main website folder for apache it will be the www or htdocs folder.

ok now i am up to this step and the link doesnt work

Once you have configured up all the settings, go to: [<website address where web installer folder is> if on your local pc it would be - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] installer] with your browser(if you have changed the folder name into something else or got different ip change it as needed), choose the wanted database structure and click on the image for it.
