The number you want to put in (for now at least) is 127.0.0.1
With a glance at your first post, the Address you used first was different
( 15:03 N LogonCommClient: Connecting to logonserver on `5.75.82.33:8093`... ) from what the guide was suggesting. While the IP presented in the guide is standard for offline accessibility on the computer its installed on, its also the first step in setting up the server. For now try changing the Address (as well as the client's Realmlist/Patchlist) to 127.0.0.1 and see if it works.
The port used (8093) might also be incorrect, but would only need to be changed to 8129
Also, it is importiant to remember, if there are four seperate locations asking for an IP address, each one needs to be the same... save for any port number attached to the end. So they either look like:
IP# or
IP#: port# in each case the IP needs to match all other IPs used.
