lol His Does Have An htdocs. Its In One Of The Folders. All You need To Do Is Start Up Your Apache.exe And MySQL.exe For The Website To Be ON

Öhm, this does not do your server public?
First off all, you just changed the IP in the "Realms.conf" and second off all,
you need to change your "Logonserver.conf" and "World.conf" aswell to get your server public,
otherwise you can't get it public..
