This is My Guide on where Not to put GM Malls, Or anything For GM's that Players Are Not Supposed to get.

If you are new to servers Or even Not. you may Have your Mall In a place where Players Or even Hackers Can get to.

Places That you Though were safe:

GM ISLAND

Yes thats right. NEVER have any Special Vendors on GM ISLAND. It is so very easy to hack to there, The only way to protect yourself Is Guards. Make them a faction that attacks Everything, The GM's just have to do .invis And they can avoid them. But any hackers that attempt to come to the island will be destroyed in a 70k crit.

Tanaris GM Island, OR Silithus GM Island.

If you know about these places You must know how to reach them. Any Tom, Dick, Or Harry can Download a Speed Hacker and run there. Useless places apart from the old event.

Emerald Dream

Again Hackers can reach It But If you put the mall on top a mountain or something I suppose it could be fine.


Good Locations

As far as I know there is NONE! IF I were you. Make No Malls Just use .additem
Its the safeist way to beat the hackers.Or have it in A complete remote location. that cant be entered, Like a cave, and just block it off.

wall climb hack! I used to do it + you can fly hack on PS's.
Good places for malls are places on top of instances/alternate routes. F.E. top of black temple
Think about this :P

you could always make a floating area, maybe a platform with an increased size, no way for anyone to get there without flying, so obviously not in outlands, but ya hope it helps

Nice idea but fly hacks? If a GM leaks info about the mall then it could be bad, you also have the problem if the vendors fall through the platform then your stuck.

As i said the best way to avoid all this is to have NO vendors.

hah true. just spawn the item for yourself, or just make the vendor get what you need and delete him.

No thay will still fall through , you can't guarentee that they will stayput, its best not to have any at all.

A good place is underwater, just far enough were undead die of breath, just add buildings and have gms tele there, you can breteh underwater if your in a building.

Hackers will be able to access your mall wherever you put it so may as well just place it wherever

If you put it for example somewhere in Emerald Dream then the hackers dont have a clue WHERE it is. Its right that Hackers can get to those places but if they dont have a clue where to search...
Most will try obvious places like GM Island and if they dont find a thing they'll quit

you can put them in GM island but in the water (dont go to deep or you will die). or Dun morogh close to the air port
