Well this just got quick fixed on my server by it being removed.
(btw none of you play on my server im 99.99% sure)

My Admin restarted the server without warning and removed the item.
After he caught me soloing Kiljadin (scripted on our server).
Messed up part is I had him down to 11%.
Pissed me off.

Anyhow you want "Sparrowhawk Net"
(Yes it is a quest item - I used vote points)

Cast on anyone player / mob.
It incapacitates them.
They can still move but not attack.

Oh and since Im not on my laptop at least for another 25 minutes I was able to take a screenshot for once. Yaaay.
This is a SS of the first mob i tryed this on out in SH's.

Hmmm.. In order to try this you must complete 8 long quest, the 9th quest in the series gives the 'provided item'..
Well I dont want to be the guy question, so any confirm it can be cast on players?

Majority of sites have voting systems where you can get this.

If it didnt work on players I wouldn't of said it did and just stated it worked on mobs seeing as it would STILL be a excellent find.

The item [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] says that you have to throw it at a wild sparrowhawk. i dont know if that is ingame too in private servers, but in many other cases that this kind of items were used for bugging, they didnt work cuz u had to use them on a specific creature, so could anyone confirm?

its a druid quest??? ur SS doesnt show a druid so i guess ur server has a voting system for it.

Yeah they have a voting system.

It is a druid quest but for some reason servers dont require the class, as I have checked on WR.NL and LW.

you can send that item for mail to any player... working 100%

Doesn't work on Toxic-wow, not with druid or another class (ya stupid me spent 12 VP on it)

it works, well if its not disabled. you can also use on horde or allys even if you were in same faction and they cannot do ANYTHING except move even after they relog. only way of fixing is to unstuck. I used to use this for soloing sunwell in scape.
