Its simple,
there 2 ways you can do this,
first a more difficult and the other easier.
Hate somebody ? Do this
First one:
The one that is more difficult but looks better.
Create your own server, not difficult, go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and choose the latest repack.
Login your admin account and create your main, to make it more realistic you can wear the same gear as the one on your server.
So create a new account, dual log (open wow.exe twice) and name the character as your enemy with his class & race...
Make with your main (GM) char him lvl (his level).
Now put on your main gm wisphers allowed and send some really
annoying words to yourself. Make a screen and post it on your servers forum or PM the admin.
Also shift click on the name so he can see its lvl 70 and a dwarf priest for example.
Second one:
Or go to another server make 2 accounts dual log... But you cant do it shift click and u have to make a screen of your chat log, OR on a funserver gear yourself up etc...

Also you can twist it a bit, seeing a GM wisphering bad to you is not so good for him.
