Question GameObject Issue - 07-06-2008
I need help please. When i spawn big game objects (Example Orc Guard tower) After like 20 paces back it disapears from view but when i go close it reappears. Is there any way i can make it be seen from farther away?

Yea it still is happening like do i chance something in the Database to make my character look farther? or should i try to scale down gameobecjts like .1 or something?

well you can change the view / range (whatever its called i cant bring out the correct word) on that field in the db!

what field is it under like the Gameobject_names or another one?

No it has nothing to do with game objects but may solve your problem and i actually forgot the table its in because i don't use any of the open source Emulator so mine has a different database... (Underground ftw lol)

BAH i still cant find it anywhere. I was looking in my database but just didnt know what it would be under. I would appreciate it if you could find where it is at.

Run this query
Code:
UPDATE `worldmap_info` SET `viewingDistance`='800' WHERE (`entry`='AREAID')


The area ID will be found in worldmap_info aswell.(easy to find..)

To increase viewdistance of all zones, just run this query
Code:
UPDATE `worldmap_info` SET `viewingDistance`='800'
