Do not apply if you do not meet these requirements, as you will be turned down. You are limited to ONE (1) application per month, if you violate this rule, actions will be taken against you after multiple offenses. When you apply, please put your MSN, AIM, or other messaging service ID in the text box before applying.
The Process Requirements: Before you apply, make sure you meet all the requirements. If you do not, focus on learning how to complete these tasks until you apply. Please do NOT pretend you know them as later your ability in these fields will be throughly tested inside and out. Remember that you only have one application per month, so use it wisely. There will be NO exeptions to this.
The Interview: If you clearly meet the requirements, you will be prompted to participate in an interview. This interview may range between 40-65 questions all about sections of the requirements. An emulation expert will give you the quiz, do NOT expect him to be light on you. You will have a short amount of time to answer these questions, so be prepared. You must score at least a 85% on your emulation quiz to advance to the next step.
Background Check: After you have made it to this point, you have done well. But now is a tough part also, you don't do anything, its all done by the Emulation Experts. First, we will do background checks on your infractions and/or previous bans. If you have previously been bad, don't be overalarmed, as time and reasons may play into the factor. Next, we will check out the threads you have made, ranging from looking for professionality to your actual release and the quality of it. Once again, you probably will not be penalized for things that occured long ago, however, they will not be overlooked.
Emulator Experts Poll: If you have passed up to this point your fate lies with the current Emulation Experts. They will take a poll on whether you should become one or not; comments will also be given. You may also be questioned by the Emulation Experts over MSN or AIM. If you are accepted, you will recieve a congradulatory PM from one of the Emu Expert leaders, probably 2dgreengiant, Latruwski, or GastricPenguin. If you are not accepted, you will recieve a PM notification about this explaining why you were not accepted, and what you need to improve upon. Then you must wait around a month before applying again.
This system is meant to strengthen the tag of Emulation Expert, and to weed out the possible duds. Please remember this tag is not a Epeen booster, but an honor, and presents you with a new duty, a duty to the emulation community.
Why is it getting harder and harder to get into this group? Proper english omg???
If you're a pro of emulation then what does it matter if you need english? the only thing you need to get when release something is a download link and like what includes.
I know most of the things on here compile easy, dll making and script work, and core edits easy. And i pretty much type just fine. I've had a DB team that went good before when 2.4 was becoming and there was no DB's so i know most tables and what goes in them. I'm active except when im at my dads because he is a strict regular wow guy. And i have a form of communication MSN but i can't get on it atm because im at my dads.
Erm this may very well sound like i should not apply but how do you apply for this as there is no guide on who to do this or any forums i only ask so i dont submit a wrong app in the wrong place i want it to be perfect!
and i agree with english thing because i found this and found it true and funny
"if you say plz instead of please because its shorter then i say no instead of yes because its shorter!"
