Hey everyone, here to talk you about something that happened : the first french private server (about 3500-4000 players) has been closed by blizzard this morning.
Blizzard charge the admin of disloyal competition.
Here's an aproximative traduction of the orginal message posted on the server's site :

We dont hope it, but I think World of Energy will be as a instance on Internet cause the admin nisabest will fill all while others will have nothing.
The database is still kept, if we get on of this problem.. We save all.
Blizzard will not lay charges but the french law forbid it.
Good luck to all other servers, and Nisabest will think at you when he will be in lawsuit..

I dont think so. I dont know US/UK laws but french laws are really liberalist...

Blizzard EULA and ToU are a joke, because they dont really give blizzard any legal authority, and only gives them power to affect live accounts. just watch out for local laws O.o
/not true..... If blizzard would realy start investigate the things such as this one there would not be so much private server,like they re right now.this server also never had 3k of players check out how many visist they have on their website+ norma and big server always would have normal domain not IP adress.....
