Shattered Repacks

Hey all, Riizu here with a brand new project. Shattered Repacks is a side project of Shattered Souls: Reborn PS as an attempt to create one of the best repacks around for people who are serious about running a server. I plan to have both a fun and blizzlike repack for each release, but in one download. Everything will be simple to transfer to the core (ie. TeleporterNPC, Wishing Stone, etc) by just drag and drop. Here is what I am looking for:

Team members: anyone with sufficient experience, knows a decent bit about c++, knows how to edit a database, is hardworking, diligent, can get along with others, has played WoW for a decent amount of time, and knows how to manipulate game mechanics (GO's, NPC's, ect) Note, not EVERYONE has to know most of this, just things I am looking for.

I would love to make a private server, but i can't do it all by myself. Which is where you guys join in. I plan on eventually get the server dedicated once it is ready to go public. I have very good ideas for the server, which can be altered and new ideas may arise. In order for this Private server deal to work out i need a staff of people who are experienced and dedicated to helping the server. We will have a donation system and if we get enough donations a month and have extra, the staff will get a cut of it. I know This is a Big Task and sounds like a lot but with enough help and support i believe we can do it.
The Story
The story is that it wont be a fun server where you get everything and instant level 70 but it wont be blizzlike. The Exp rates will be higher along with gold and Honor. There will be a custom Pvp area and Custom PVP and Tier armor In which you will buy the new armors and weapons with Special tokens you win From events and Raids. There will also be Custom Mounts, which come with custom Speed. You will still have to level but it will be much faster than blizzard rates.
The Job
People needed and what they will get-
-Sub-Admin- Persons who will watch over the server when im not there and also lay down the LAW!-Admin account and maybe a cut of donation profits.
-Gm's 2- People who will deal with the riots and the simple questions from the servergoers and community.-Gm Account and maybe a cut of donation profits.
-Website/Forum creator- Person or persons who will create the website and Forum- Gm level 1 account and maybe a cut of donation profits.
-Possibly a Sponsor who will sponsor us the money to run on a dedicated server, Sponsor will get Ads on the website and if more is needed just ask.

Story behind the server:

One day, just a couple of friend's and myself was in our own made chat room on MSN and talking about some stuff that would be cool to have on a server and we came up with stuff such as:

-Boss Guards for major cities (Kill the boss and your faction takes over that city)
-To enable to get back pvp ranks (TBC sucks without pvp ranks. D: )
-All BGs working (Get like Exaulted and get a cool rank name)
-Get Exaulted with your faction's reputation you get a good rank
-Able to switch faction (Certain quest giver's to allow you to switch to the other faction while being the enemy but without being attacked by that other faction's guards and gain access to look at the AH, do their quests and ride their mounts, etc.)

And thats what we came up with but we tried to keep it as much as possible as a Blizzlike server as we can. I would love to have this server to come alive. I think it would be a good idea to have those things in one Database. Sorry guys for the constantly updates but I have finally made up my mind. Right now, I am currently using Scyther's Blizzlike Database and I thank you for the Database.
