Horde and Alliance - Using the same vendors

Hello, i created custom NPCs on my Wow private server which are horde and i want to make it in the way that alliance can use the same NPCs. Can anyone tell me how to do it, please? Thanks in advance.

Take a look at the factions dbc and use either the Sha'tar or that one faction that's friendly to both. I can't recall either IDs though

faction 35 = friendly to all. Just use that and you don't end up with random factions such as 'Lower City' underneath in the interface.
