NPC issues on server

Hey all.

Just a quick question, Need to remove some NPC's. I DO NOT want to remove them from the DB, I just spawned a NPC with the incorrect ID and need to now gone.

Anyone can help me with this? Sorry its such a noob question, Still learning all of it myself.

DELETE FROM `creature_spawns` WHERE `entry` = '50';

Will delete all npc's with the id of 50.

DELETE FROM `creature_spawns`;

Will delete every mob spawned in the game.

no worries. But will that delete ALL NPC's with that ID? or just the NPC that has the ID on that location?

I dont want to remove them from the game totally.

I did the .npc spawn <ID> command. I thought it would be a simple .npc remove <ID> or something along the lines..

You can target the npc and do .npc delete
If the npc is untargetable get close to it and do .npc select then .npc delete.
If you type .npc you will get a list of commands you can use on npc's, so in future it's easier for yourself.
That SQL would delete all with that id, to delete just the single one you would need to delete by guid or something similar and to get that you need to do it in game anyway, so simple do .npc delete.
