Nope, it's defenitly not a problem with the xml.
How the bot works: it gets the color of the square (the square can change between x color.. look in lua file for specifics) and depending on the color it does a couple of things:
- queue bg
- execute the xml (once inside bg and color changed)
- .....

So you problem has nothing to do with the xml.

And yes, after you startet the exe - it should activate wow and depending on the color immediatly try to queue. But just to be save.. try relogging if it won't work the first time or "/flo 0" so the bot knows it has to sign in. If still "color not recognzied" in log file, try playing around with the "HeightDifference" in the ini-file (set it so 20-100 or -20- -100)

Would it not be handy for the bot to just say follow around the main player of your raid group mount when just past the gates and just folow the main player of your group attack when he attacks etc etc

This would just let you seem as a assister not as a bot

i can give you the source of my Auto assist bot if you want maybe you can handle with that a bit

it nothing 2 big though just a simple assist bot for multi boxing though not to glad bout it so never used it actualy :P



P.S: God wish i knew how to tell the script when playes is in combat and when not
anybody know some MeMory addresses i could read for this ?

Actually this would be bad for several reasons:

- Player might ride faster than your character
- Player may be melee / caster = different attack-range than your character
- Player might even be another bot / afkler and just do nothing
- Player might die = what to do then?

then there is something else it like to note the test.xml runs to the a cenrtain point then turns round and just keeps walking ito wall

isnt there a better start off xml you could give with it

i think it would go better when the waypoint recorder recorded it every 2 or 3 secs by itself instead of pressing the button or you could let the window always be on top so i always see the button or setting it on a hotkey would be nice

Every time it gets to a new task so we could identify our problems easier.

Tooltip sounds like a good idea, try looking into this....

And the recorder: every 2 seconds is well.. not that great. The more distance between the waypoints, the better. For the time beeing you just have to live with the way it works. But the next few hours I have time for the bot, try to make error-catching and identifying problems my priority.

I also would like to know what version of autoit you used cause my decompiler doesnt see it as an autoit decompilable exe

you guys probaly have that problem cause you run at strange pixel count try runing at 1280x1024

Maybe windowed mode is the problem?
The bot doesn't signup, I'm standing in front of battlemaster in SW, first of all I write /flo on, and it spawns a big black square on the middle of the screen, then I click on Flo.exe, but the bot is just standing there still with a black square on the middle of the screen, it doesn't sign up or nothing, it just sais in the log

@everyone with "Status not recognized": the bot searched exactly in the center of your wow-screen (must be full-screen, but windowed is still ok) for a color... it SHOULD get the color of your black square (1-10). If it doesn't, it simple searches in the wrong area.
This may have several reasons:
- wow-addon puts black-square in the wrong place (blizzards lua-code on sizing different object is very... strange)
- not full-screen mode
- another wow-addon "redesigned" your wow-interface-screen
- Something is over your square (don't open map or anything)

as said above.. i'm trying to write a little debugg programm for this problem, shouldn't be that difficult - just don't have a lot of time the next few days...

@ ccopy: i'm not even trying to answer your question...

edit: the screen-resolution is not the problem - tested it at standard and 1400x1050.

I changed to 1280x1024, but it didn't work anyway, I have the black square on the middle of my characters body/middle of the screen, I dont think i am doing anything wrong, i have tested everything =/
my character just stands still in SW with a black square like I said,
