Hm.. no idea. Check the log file and post it here / pm me. Sounds strange, since character already runs to the gates the basics should work.

Too bad the alliance are boycotting AV on my server.. wait times are 1-2 hours long to get into one.

Well I am alliance and I haven't touched the xml, because there is one already with all the waypoints i think,
I started the bot, wrote /flo on before, but it doesn't move or mount or sign up, nothing, why? :/

Once you write "/flo on" a black square should appear in/over your character - if this doesn't happen the bot won't know what to do.
Deactivated all other addons? english wow-version? near the bg-querers in a town? that's a I can think of...

they're boycotting it on mine too, but i don't really understand why (or rather i don't understand why the 70s bracket keeps losing AV) ... my 56 alli mage seems to win close to 75% of the AV's

By the way, tried once, doesn't work ;/
I downloaded the program, copied the "FLO" folder to my World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons, then I started wow, and deactivated all addons except Flo, I entered and I am using windowed mode but full screen, I stood in front of Battle Master, in Stormwind) and wrote "/flo on" I got a black square, then I clicked on Flo.exe, nothing happens, well the Flo.exe starts, but the bot doesn't sign up, it doesn't run or anything, I have fixed the "Config.exe" too, but the logs only says

Failing pretty miserably with making a horde profile. Simple stuff like walking from frostwolf GY respawn to the flag works pretty ok but making it move out of the cave at start is causing severe problems, seems to be getting caught in a loop, just circling around in the cave. Tried with 3 different sets of waypoints and using the turning before moving + increasing loop break distance to 5, still no help.

Aside from that, started getting autoIT crashes with "Error: Subscript used with non-Array variable" everytime it's supposed to go into "defense mode". Sadly, I've never seen it actually attack an enemy.

Dunno, doesn't seem like it's working very well for horde even at graveyards where there's no other instructions than staying still and going to autoattack mode.

Any ideas ?

@skriklasse: If the Bot doesn't recognize the color (means the color of the black square) if won't work: wow is activating once you start the bot? there is nothing on-top of the square? the square is exactly in the center (in your character) of the screen?

As for horde profiles and array-errors.. don't know what's going on there - seems a bit strange - Once I get my hands on a horde toon (hopefully soon) I can test it myself.
As least it seems to be working for some people..

maybe it's some problem with the .xml, couldn't you upload the one you are using?
btw, should the bot auto sign directly when you have pressed Flo.exe?
I have stood in SW in 5 minutes with a black square and nothing happens ;/
Do I have to record any waypoints or something?
