when i enter the BG it dose not move before game starts..

I've done everything in the ReadME's quickstart steps and when I type "/flo on" nothign happens..

If you get a "_XMLExecNode" Error.. your XML file has a bad syntax.
There are a couple of Xml-Syntax-checkers out there if you can't spot the error yourself.. even Internet-Explorer I think has some kind of syntax-checker.

If you get a "GetStats(): Status may not be correct, 2/3 checks failed" error.. that can happen while zoning.. and if it persists, check that nothing is covering the square areas (center-center, bottom-left, bottom-right)

@Xodysseus: that's strang.. noone had troubles with the AddOn before.. sure you are running english wow-version?

@Cimmy: your concret problem lies here: _profilesGetRandomFile() error: No files found in profiles/alterac
So eigther there isn't any file in that folder or bot doesn't have the permission to access this folder or the file has a bad syntax (much more likely) - try using the default one that comes with alpha 0.5 - if that doens't work post again.
