Hello everybody!
I know you are wondering what this WoWSniffer is.
Well,it's a program that you open and you can see what the oposite faction is writing.

HOW TO

1.Download the proggie from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] OR [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
2. Open WoWSniffer.exe
3.Open WoW.
4.Get online , and try to chat with some horde/alliance!The message that they are typing will be displayed on the WoWSniffer tab.
5. WIN!

Well. I was hoping on a "real" sniffer; you know. One of those where you could sniff off every little detail (spawnpoints, npc info, spellinfo, etc...).

Yet, it's a nice tool! Now I know what the Horde say, I am invincible (any chance you could also balance the Shamen with this? xD)

It reads from the network, it does not modify game files.. like, when you send a file over the network trough a specific port.. the program will read the information between the two machines, and no one will notice anything. Same goes for Wowsniffer, it reads the connection between the game and the blizzard servers before the data is encrypted, since the server sends out clear strings. Otherwise it would be stressful to encrypt each and one string depending on the users getting them, so it's easiest for blizzard to make the client encode them instead.

This doesn't work, it will be able to see that I'm ingame and stuff but anything the opposing faction says is blank in the console.
