Okay. Can anyone confirm this? While waiting for a response I'll take another look over the PTR code.

EDIT: Everything looks fine on this end unless I'm overlooking something, can you please tell me what error message(s) you get from either my program or WoW. You should be getting at least one or the other.

There is no error message, the only indication it's not working (a pretty big one) is the fact nothing has changed when I get to the character select screen.

As in, the game is just ignoring the MPQ files.

Ah, thank you. That's an important bit of information. Because on live, WoW doesn't do that, instead it loads the MPQ but crashes with a "File Corrupt" error upon loading the models. (Or at least thats what it does from memory)

It's odd. My WoW started randomly 100% closing (No d/c / Error), So I did some testing, Still happened, I then removed my MPQs and launched WoW using the actual Launcher, and wala, WoW didn't close down.

For the record, WoW was auto-closing about 10 seconds after login, Stopped happening after I stopped using the MEF to launch WoW.

Odd. Well Chazz I guess it fixed its self, I figured I'd give it another try today and I've been logged in for about 6 hours now. Weird.

Odd, I've been able to somewhat recreate WoW closing without an error or a crash bug when using chazz's MEF.

It likes to happen after you directly exit WoW when Model Editing, If this happens to you, Just remove all your custom MPQs from your Data folder (Or you can keep them there and just mark them as hidden, the game wont pick up on them) and start WoW up without using the MEF, After that you should be able to log in and have everything be fine and dandy.

*edit* Confirmed to only be happening when Killing WoW's process or Exiting without giving it the 20 seconds. Confirmed to not be happening when logging out then leaving character screen then exiting the game.

Trying on current Test realm, not working.

If I launch WoW with it, the program throws a .net error message, if I try with WoW open, it doesn't load the changes.

When I try to DL the MEF for live servers it gives me a security warning then I click "run" and it gives me a different internet explorer security warning and I click "run" again and then it gives me a "model edit fix has encountered a problem and needs to close." messege and says send or dont send, I always click don't. I DLed the new 2.0 framework anther person said would make it work but it still gives me the same messege. can someone please tell me how to make this work? Do I have to have some specific files to run this or turn off something off?
