I just went ahead and updated the Caption Remover patch for Cheat Engine v5.3.

You can find it here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

In addition to using this patch I would also recommend changing the Cheat Engine exe name to something else like "Svchost.exe" or "Explorer.exe". It's not required just an additional saftey measure.

you dont need to rename cheatenegine.exe if you have all the shadow and stealth options on. it will run as a hidden process.

edit: and im fairly sure that my patch will work with the new CE, i think i tested it and worked but seeing as i havent used CE in a long time i dunno.
