AlexM is kind of a legend among game hackers. He's the only one i know who ever managed to create houses on live servers. I gave him the program to look at, but another programmer answered instead (not kindly). If you want to talk to the programmers, I will give you temporary access to the programmers forums on my site and you can go from there.

interesting... well now we know for sure it detects processes, and reads memory

not convinced it scans the WoW data folder... i used the speech2.mpq and wasnt banned. i dont believe it mentions in it in that section of code.

if they update it to where it will scan the data folder... i have a way around it , which i will be releasing as soon as it is confirmed that it does scan the data folder

remember, warden will do in game updates

I have been hearing rumurs that Blizzard included model editing as banable into the Eula. Now if model edits are on the client side only and everything appears normal to everyone else. Then mabey Blizzrad has included data folder scans in Warden becuase then they would be able to verify if a person is model editing.

As of now im almost 100% sure that WoW dosent scan your data folder because I had a GM tell me in game that model changes for visual effects only were ok. And im probably wrong when I say this but I dont think theres a way to check to see if a model change is JUST visual.

Kernel32.dll and user32.dll (and possibly ADVAPI32.dll) are windows dll's, they are already stored on your computer, and deleting them would be stupid. Err, it would be hard to stop warder without maybe disassembling the WoW.exe and changing a few codes :P.

it works(or it did, before one of the newer patches) you dont need to test it. but now wow crashes if warden catches this in there.
