Anything from turning your settings up, running around the mailbox, useless scripts, waiting for the area to be filled with people, downloading, etc... When you get lag, open the mailbox and click the item fas and repeatedly.

Without a friend: Just buy something from the Auction House and go to your mailbox.

If you can use any mouse clicking program heres a couple free ones. it says thier adjustable but i dont know how fast you can make them click.
