Lol, why should it be? Its a program made in Visual Basic, you dont need much coding skillz in Visual Basic. You can draw buttons out to a big application window to create your own application, well for a beginner it would maybe take 2 weeks to create this, I maybe made this in 1-2 days. Rofl. Sure, to do all the GUI. But making it read from the newly created source? That's hard.

Try make a program that compiles another program. I 100% bet you can't do it.
