Off-the-top-of-my-head description: Basically, I'm thinking of an external program (possibly hidden to tray) that causes immense server-wide lag and populous dissatisfaction on a server by typing in the server's realmlist and clicking generate or something.

Make sense?

Revised description: A program that you run outside of WoW that causes lag to a private server. You type in the realmlist in the box given, and click go / start / ok / generate.

I have NO background in scripting anything other than a simple batch file.... And I only know message display, and start programs...

That would be a DoS program (Denial of service) and causing "lag", rather than any other method of DoS would be very ineffective with just one computer/location.

Don't know about this but ages ago you could send a packet to the server that authenticated you as a GM without asking for anything and then it shut down the server.
Think it was on Ascent ages ago.
