If you really want to run executables on a Mac there are several programs, such as Crossover, that can run .exes on your Mac.

This will never run with Mac unless you do a lot of changes and compile it with Mono on a Mac, for people who don't know what Mono is, Mono is an opensource Implementation of the .NET Framework, it supports multiple plattforms such as Mac, Linux, Windows, BSD, Solaris, well all plattform that gcc runs on.
And I'm pretty shure the thread starter wont release the Source code of his app, because someone could steal his cewl name creating algorithm :x

You can just use mono, or if you want to start all over with the API and all that jazz, learn a different programming language like Cocoa (For Mac APIs), and either C or C++ for the coding. Get A mac, download XCode from the apple website, and make it there. It'd probably be really easy, there are tons of guides out there on how to make mac programs.
