WPE is a Trojen only because it Edits the ping ... meaning it reads the Data so it techinly is... it is NOT a virus

WPE - Windows Packet Editor

Most scanners will recognize this as a trojan/malicious thing because it is designed to alter and change data from any program that connects to the internet. Logically, this would be recognized as a trojan.
Be careful when using it! You CAN get banned... easily.
