Anti-AFK with WoW minimized - 09-23-2008
Woot more of these useless threads. Well, anyway, I am tired of seeing countless threads where there's an AutoIt program that just sends keys on your computer. I decided to at least make a tool where you can surf the web with WoW minimized and not go AFK. Just go to wherever and press Anti-AFK. It will make your character jump every 100 seconds to 160 seconds.

Oh my god, what's wrong with me. I started the "NightShack's tool" that was a .bat, then EVERYONE started posting bats. Now I made a program on autoit that is anti AFK, and now EVERYONE'S posting autoit anti-afk programs. What is going on?!. Btw, mine was better in the way that it doesn't look like a bot, because it just whispers yourself..not jumps (Jumps = bot) Anyways the "With wow minimized" is better than mine. ;o

I can make it whisper if u want. And no i didn't follow in your footsteps I've been doing stupid things like this for more than half a year.

Yeah yours is way better, AutoIt and Batch files take uber skillz.

Furthermore, they're both bots you nub. A bot is just something that automates a task, regardless of the implementation. Just caus his jumps and yours whispers doesn't make a difference.

Not entirely true. The levels of 'safety' vary from program to program. The ones that require keyboard focus because they 'take over' the keyboard and mouse are generally 'safer' than those that throw messages into WoW's message queue or hook DirectInput. I don't know if Blizz still look for that kinda thing but from memory they used to.

That being said I wouldn't worry about loosing my account if loosing this. Chance of getting banned is next to zero. Furthermore, if they're too lazy to ban users of WEH/WI/etc they sure as hell aren't gonna ban you for this.

Does it run WoW from C: or from the installpath? Aka, if you don't have any C: but a D:, will it still run from the C: or will it change to D:?
If not, study some more AutoIt...
Easy to do, works as a charm.

O.o ? This dosnt run WoW.. It just keeps your character form going afk.
You start WoW manually then this program. Then you can minimize WoW if you want and it will still work.
