Hmmm... I run with 100 FPS+. So I can easy stream at 30 FPS?

Can you please help me, when I try to run Adobe Flash Media Encoder it gives me the error:

" Problem with video capture device.

Please verify that it is working correctly and is not already in use. "

heres my live steam [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

altho when i play music tru Sterio mix in the sound manager it only come as noise, can it be my sound card or i need a special program 2 steam sound aswell?
