Yeah it's free i used it twice today it takes only like 10 seconds, It opens up with what looks like a Dos comand promt

or you can just restart your modem..i usally do that to download from Rapidshare

I have to leave my modem off for 24 hours to get a new IP. I can release and renew all I want, but still have the same IP, unless I leave it off... and I can't do that because the phone is tied into it.
