Been looking arround and I have not seen any Phishing packs.
Well here are the main ones i use and you can download them for free below.

This Pack includes:
-WowTLK Beta
-Wow Login
-Paypal

I threw this together pretty fast so it's not perfect. i expect you to have at least a little bit of exp. with html/php. Mostly just being able to understand what does what and how to change Form actions in the event your links don't work.

you need a file host for this. i recommend a site that puts your account login name as a subdomain. THIS WILL MAKE IT MUCH EASIER AS IT WONT MESS WITH ANY FILE EXTENSION NAMES! I use 50webs.com

Sites that put your account login name AFTER the ".com/" such as

http://www.filehost.com/YOURACCOUNTNAME/index.html....

these will cause the default linking system to fail and you will have to go through and reroute the links to fit for your site. this is no big deal if you know what to do though and have a little bit of time.

NOTE: for the BETA site i recommend you download all the images on the site to reupload later on in the event my filehost goes down.

I couldnt help you with the font name cause i dont know myself, its part of the background image which was riped from Blizzard. Sorry.

If your just talking about the login not the beta, thats how its supposed to be. unless they changed their image cause ive had mine for a while
