Here is just a little thing I figured out after going on the PTR arena server and seeing the items that you can buy to enchant your gear:

Making such items would eliminate the task of leveling your enchanting and stuff. Good for instant 70 pvp servers.

1) Launch your server and open up HeidiSQL (or whatever program you use) and go to the "Items" table.

2) Make a new item and call it something like "Enchant Weapon-Mongoose". You can make the display ID whatever you think would match it. Also enter an entry number that isn't taken.

3) Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and search for the enchant you want your item to give. So if I wanted to have my weapon give mongoose I would type in "mongoose" and scroll down the list of matches under Spells and find the spell that says "Permanently enchant a Melee Weapon to occasionally increase Agility by 120 and attack speed slightly. Requires a level 35 or higher item."

4) Now when you find the right spell, click on it and look at the URL. Write down or remember the number at the end of it. It will be something like: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. "35793" would be the number.

5) Go back to HeidiSQL and keep scrolling right until you see the column named "spellid_1". Enter the number you wrote down. Under the column named "spelltrigger_1" enter a 0 here (0 means the item will require you to use it for it to activate).

6) If you want, give the item a cost or description or whatever.

And you have your enchant item!
