high all ok this is easy and is only for ascent servers.
Step 1: go to your ascent folder[IMG]file:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/Jesse_2/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot.jpg[/IMG]
and find the ascent config
Step 2: go until you find this

Step 4: changing rates. It is obviously easy to understand but if it is not here is a break down. XP for example has a default of 1 which is the base for leveling. you can mess around with that all you like. If you go to like 65 xp you will level extreamly fast almost 70 in one kill. This is ideal for fun servers 
. Drop blues, greens ,etc is is the odd of which you will get a blue green or whatever from ha mob. And you should understand the rest.
the next thing is the server changes you can make. find this
