Ok to start of what we need to make a city first is to find some good game objects:

Here is a download that I have made that includes statues and other cool game objects, a morph, money and skill npc, and a .recall port coolplace

After thats done, we need to find a good floor for your server,

so what you do is:

find the entry number: 185301 for the [DnD] Cage Base

and write down the objects display id

make a new game object with the same display id

and choose the objects scale to be: 40 or more

before you decide what scale the object should be, spawn the dnd cage base somewhere and do :

.go select
and then .go scale 40

once you have got the object, start looking for a good gate and then add the statues and stuff that you downloaded from the link I gave you previously.

And that is pretty much it.
