Hey there guys im making a few simple Guides. Sorry ive accedently posted in wrong area




Getting Maps !!

Ok ive seen a few post with people saying "how do i make maps" for repacks like Norwiegian elite which doesnt include maps this will help greatly

1.Ok at first you will need Something which is called AD this is required to make the maps ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. ])

2. In the folder there will be a list of AD's if you don't understand what they mean here is the list

enEU = enEuropian ( best contry in the world :P )
enUS = U.S.A ( second best ^^ )
ok use the one which your world of warcraft vir like myn is english as i bought it in england :P

ok i think you see the picture. hopfully everyone will know there virsion but if not just load your wow.exe and press the link to the website :P and see which one comes up in the url [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) <<<< EU see.

4. now put the AD you use and stick it into your wow folder.

5. make another folder called maps and run the ad

6. wait then stick the Maps into you repack folder.


Your done


This one really anoyes me because its so simple and ive spent hours helping mates over the internet doing this!...


Executing a File with navicat or sqlyog.

Ok i do not want any question about servers on here because im assuming this guide to people who have there server up and running with a Navicat or sqlyog.

Make sure you have your server running meaning have your ( mysql-logon-eg.(ascent)!!

1. ok you should have a file like eg.( Mallofnoobs.sql)

2. ok now if its something like weapons-objects-creatures-armor you execute in your main DB which is usally one of these 3 ( Antrix-Ascent or mangos ) If its accounts do it in the logonsever DB.

3. to execute just hover your mouse over you main DB lets say ascent and right click. a menu will show now hover and left click execute batch file.

4. now search for your file.

5. click it, i would recommend you to tick carry on even with error because sometimes when you have .sql they copy some stuff and plenty of times when i did it with this off it failed but when i tick it, lots of errors but it works. but try it with out it on first.

6. you done. now right click the top one usually has server name ( Legend Ultimate ) then click refresh.


Very quick guide on how too back up accounts

1. hover over the DB you want to back up ( accounts )

2. right click then press dump sql file/

3. click it then put it into disired area of pc.

4. if you accdently delete your account ( like i did :P ) you can just do the process up top.
