1. Open C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\Hosts.file
2. At the end of the File add the following.

127.0.0.1 (Dynamic DNS)

Dynamic DNS = The DNS you just created at DynDNS.Com

do i put 127.0.0.1 (and put my dns here?)
or just 127.0.0.1 (Dynamic DNS)

Hey i already have my server up and running off a you-tube video and it said to come here to learn how to make it pbulic. i know generally the most part of Hamachi but i still get some issues.

Everything is set up like said but when i login or others login they can loin with there account choose the server and when they click ok to join the server it opens up a Window saying please choose server. this happens repeatedly and so far i have found no way to logon.

i had it working fine solo but now i added the making it public this happens everytime. Any Ideas anyone?

Hi, this guide is grate and i have used it 1 time before this, but i need help, the server starts correct, but when i start WoW and log in, then it comes to my realm, and when i click it it says logging in to server, and then it goes back to the list where i click again and again and again, and nothing happens, plz help

Ok..Server is up and everything but my friend cant join..Please somweone answer this. IM sick of not having friends on my server. He has Hamachi and is connected to my Adress...Still cant log on.

hmm, i did everything after this guide but when disabled ALL firewalls everything and forwarded all the ports but when im connecting i get to the realms view and its all black i cant see any realms :/ any suggestions ?

Hmm very nice guide, but i have only 1 problem. i did exactly as this guide told me to and forwarded all ports disabled firewalls everything but when i try to login i get to the Realm section and no realms are showing ? its just a black box with no realms.. so could anyone please help me

i did the guide step by step.. and let those people install hamachi and connect to my hamachi firewall is off i tried pinging them and them pinging me nothing.. am getting desperate.. any sugguestions? i really want this

OK. I followed this guide but made a few changes. For the Listen hosts on both ascent.conf and logonserver.conf which is originally 0.0.0.0, I changed this to my INTERNAL IP not EXTERNAL. So, start->run->type cmd->ipconfig /all then find your IP address and change the listen host's on both files to that. You also need to change the ISP host too. Now DO NOT put your dns in the realms.conf. Instead where it asks for "address" twice, put your EXTERNAL ip. NOW connect on your INTERNAL ip and your friends connect on your EXTERNAL. Your friends should be able to connect now. This is for PUBLIC without hamachi.
