Okay, This is what you do. Start up MYSql
Go into your database
Go to your MAIN database IE: World, Ascent What ever.
Go to Command_overrides
Write down what commands you want it
Put like a Q or something for the flags.
imo, I would give the developer summon, the .go commands, .kill. npc, appear, additem, .recall commands..maybe .restart,
.reload, .debug .instance .account .flags and others Its a little early cant think
Thats just my opinion. You don't have to do those!

i use it for trial GM's when they first get hired they get the basic commands but then again ayou can jsut use GM level 1 for it

depending on what a developer develops they probably won't need gm commands at all.
